I went to this store to see helix mattresses. This was the only store in the area I found to see a display. Mike McCord, the owner, helped us tremendously in finding the correct mattress for our needs. Unfortunately, the mattress shipped from the manufacturer was incorrect. Mike immediately said he would correct the mistake. He contacted the manufacurer and made sure the correct one was then sent. He had it delivered to the store and had his delivery crew delivered the correct one and picked up the first one. I would highly recommend the store and would shop there first always.

We had a great experience at PHD Mattress! Mike was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the options and fitting us for our new mattress. He took the time to understand what we needed and worked hard to get us a really good deal. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with PhD. Mattress. We were needing to help outfit my parents' place with two new mattresses and I brought my Dad in to check out the selection. Mattress shopping can often be unpleasant because of the high pressure sales tactics at the bigger box stores. Not here. I really appreciated how kind, patient, and honest Mike was throughout the whole process. We did not feel pressured at all, even when we came back a couple times to try out the mattresses to be sure of our decision. Mike was able to find the two mattresses and a pillow for my Dad. Great experience!

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from PHD Mattress, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience\. Mike, the owner, was incredibly helpful from start to finish\. He took the time to talk us through all of the different mattress options and really listened to what we were looking for\. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and we felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right mattress for us rather than simply selling us something quickly\.

We were really impressed with how personalized the process was\. Mike uses a laser level to determine the ideal pillow height for you and a pressure\-sensing test mattress to help determine the firmness that best suits your body\. We wound up getting a mattress with a different firmness on both sides to match what we need\. It was something we had never experienced at a mattress store before, and it gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right choice\. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I would highly recommend checking out PHD Mattress and talking with Mike\. Great customer service and a completely different experience from the typical mattress store\.

We have had our mattress now for about 3 months and we love it thanks to PhD Mattress! The technology they use to get the right mattress choices for you is phenomenal. Since our experience every time someone talks about needing a new mattress we always tell them go to PhD Mattress. It is a bonus to support a small local business instead of the big box stores. Thanks Again!!

Single handedly the best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had. Mike is extremely helpful. Talking to him it’s clear that his focus is on quality sleep and not just about selling a product. I went in initially looking for a brand I’d heard about online and found he was the only in person store that sold it. What I found was something far more tailored to mine and my partners sleep patterns. We had some shipping issues that delayed our delivery that were out of their control. Even with the issue, Mike stayed extremely on top of it and kept us in communication. I appreciated the way he handled it and wouldn’t deduct stars because his effort to make it right was more impressive.

Don’t sleep on this place! Pun intended… This by far is the best mattress shopping experience one can get. Family owned and run, great service, and competitive pricing. We love our Helix Midnight elite! They carry many brands you won’t find at other stores.

Super happy with our mattress purchase. We had done research before going in and paired with the expert knowledge at the store, we found our perfect match. . This store carries the premium brands not as easily found in town. The process was thoughtful and not pushy in any way. Very thorough evaluation of our needs. I have a bad back and neck and decided this investment was necessary for my health and well being. Super satisfied with our purchase and have never slept better!
